Do you offer deep tissue?

We do offer deep tissue as an add-on. Once you’ve decided on the length of time for your licensed Swedish massage, you will see an option for add-ons. There you’ll find deep tissue and more.

Do you offer couples sessions where we can both be worked on?

We absolutely will work to accommodate these requests. However, we humbly ask for some grace during this season of growing. Just shoot us an email after booking one of the sessions during the desired time slot, to request the ability to run both sessions concurrently.

My house …is a home. Do we have to have our sessions here?

Absolutely not! Celebrating your birthday at a rental property? In the spare office your boss cleared you to use? Your parent’s house because it has more space AND you have permission? We are where you are, so long as you legally have authorization to be there. We do ask that you ensure reasonable space accommodations whenever possible.

What is used on my skin during the massage sessions?

While you are welcome to request use of your own mediums, we ask that you respect our therapists best judgement for anything outside of Sage Life Creations products and approved hypoallergenic mediums.


Gift Certificate vs Bundle vs Subscription

Gift Certificates can be used or gifted and do not expire. Valid for use for any type of massage except lymphatic

Bundles, like gift certificates, can be used or gifted, but only within their allotted time frames. Additionally you save on travel fees with bundles.

Subscriptions are a reoccurring monthly service available for different lengths of time. Subscription codes can be gifted. Here too are traveling fee savings. The singular $35 traveling fee that is included in price, is used as your initial service fee.

Are there cancellation fees for the subscriptions?

Yes. The details of which are noted under the description of each subscription.

I had to cancel my subscription what happens to my remaining booking codes?

The codes may stay valid for the remainder of the month in which your subscription was cancelled.

Do my subscription codes rollover?

Unfortunately, the subscription codes do not rollover. The beauty of the subscription program is to ensure you can enjoy regular maintenance of the one body you were given.

We are thrilled you decided to try out our all-natural products! We also understand that, unfortunately, sometimes expectations are not met. These are some helpful tips to avoid us letting you down.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?

Products that have been opened or tampered with can not be returned. If you purchased an item, it is unused or arrives damaged, reach out to us thru the links on your receipt for replacement or refund.

Where do I send my unused goods?

Return your unopened items to the shipping address made out for care of our Returns Department.

Where is my refund?

Once your items have been received your refund will be credited back to the payment method on file. Please allow a few days for it to appear on your banking statement, as we are unable to make the banks release funds any faster.
